THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS PUSH

Well I hope everyone had a merry christmas. You know now what we need to do though. Today we need to start engaging the governor's office with phone calls and faxs, all asking for an application of pardon on the behalf of Carmen Granata. Now remember the governor might not be in today or all this week between Christmas and New Years and most civil servants take that week off. Whether the governor's staff is there or not you can still leave a message explaining why you called and leave your phone number so they can call you back. Now those of you that think getting a call back from the governor's office is impossible, remember this, that they called me back and I'm not even a resident of the state of Michigan. So if you leave a number for them to call you back and speak politely on the phone while you do it the governor's office aids will go out of their way to assist you. I stress being polite because the aids are the closest person to the governor all day and if you leave a good impression on the aids on Carmen's behalf, the governor is more likely to act on Carmen's behalf. Here's the governor's contact information below:

A CHRISTMAS EVE REMINDER

As we all enjoy tomorrow's festivities and company of our family members, let's try and remember what it is that we have to do on tuesday. Whether your Carmen's lawyer taking her case up in front of the appellate court, or in the same situation that I and millions of others are in: willing to do anything to help get this travesty taken off Carmen's record. We need to continue the fight with the renewed vigor that this situation needs. If you thank that this is a waste of time and isn't worth the effort, just look at your family think of the following. What happens when they recieve a harsh and unjust punishment from some other tyrant Judge for a minor offense. A Judge that uses obtuse moral judgements and unproven accusations to throw your loved one not only in the slammer, but turns their life into shambles. A Judge that thinks the Bill of Rights are a "Suggestion" that are null and void whenever they feel like it. A Judge that thinks the same punishment that applies to multiple felons applies to people that are accused of very obscure low level misdomeaners that didn't require arrest at the time, only a citation. A Judge that serves at the behest of lynch mobs, in which her friends are members, and believing their accusations whether or not what the mob says is true or even relevant to the case.

Now some of you that read this editorial will say, "Hey, we make laws and if you break'em you have to face the punishment, and that's why I follow rules." I hear what you say and bring up the fact that we're human beings and we all make mistakes. Some mistakes are unintended and have no actual victims. Some are intentional and require heavy consequences. How would you feel if you're unreasonably punished for the mildest of infractions, a punishment that is worse than those that have made many infractions and worse infractions as well. You see once a little black robed tyrannt like Norene Redmond gets her way she could set legal precident for other wannabe tyrannt justices. Once that happens it can lead to having your licenses revoked for a minor fender bender in which no one was hurt and violated no other laws and it was your first wreck ever after years of driving. It can lead to a loved one being sent to jail because they allowed you to live there and you keep weird hours or the neighbors just don't like you; when your loved one plead guilty before they went into court on that minor littering charge, they'll hear that's the reason they're getting 90 days in jail with ultra restrictive probation after they get out, although it's their first offense. You see once tyranny and tyrannts get a foothold somewhere they inspire and breed other tyrants. Then before you know it, it's too late, they've taken over your once righteous and fair society and turned it into a tyrannical society. A land where bullies and thugs make victims out of us all, turns neighbor against neighbor, family member against family member and seeks out minorities to turn into Scapegoats.

If you don't believe you could ask the millions of Europeans that gave up their represntative democracies to either the fascist or the communists. See what it did to their lives, their neighbors, their lifestyle and their humanity. They sometimes lost it all, but most importantly they all usually lost their humanity, and once you lose that you usually never get it back. You see Humanity is what gives us the ability to love, understand, and forgive: the actual teachings of Jesus Christ, the teachings of the great philosophers of the ages of reason and enlightenment and the lessons handed down to us from the founding fathers.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Sic Semper Tyrannis.

A SONG FOR NORENE REDMOND

Well it's Friday and that usually means radio stations take request during the night and I'd like play something special for our little black robed tyrant. Since it's noise that offends "Her Honor" so, I figured I'd play her a song from the loudest Band on Earth, a song that sort of applies to Carmen's situation. So here's one of my favorite Bands: Motorhead - "Just 'Cos You Got The Power"

A link to the lyrics for those of you that want sing along at home.

New information about the pardon process of Carmen Granata

I just recieved a call back from the Governor's office and according to the office aid I spoke to you need to request and fill out an application for Pardon. The best thing is you can ask on someone else's behalf for the Governor to grant a pardon and YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A RESIDENT OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN TO ASK FOR A PARDON ON SOMEONE ELSE'S BEHALF!! So if you have friends and family that are outraged over what happened to Carmen you can get them to fill out the forms as well, flood the Governor's office with them and let Jennifer Granholm know that the American people will not sit by and let this atrocity go unnoticed.

I also would like give a few small tips on phone etiquette:
When you call the Governor's office try to do it on a weekday between 9-5, and always ask whoever answers the phone that person's name. After they give you their name you should then greet that person back including their name in the greeting. You then ask if you could speak to the governor please, but unless you're a VIP or a POA(Person of Authority) they'll usually put you through to one of the Governor's Aids instead; you should treat the aid though as your speaking to the governor yourself though because this is one of the closest persons to the Governor.

You repeat the same process as before with the first person that answered the phone and greet this person using their name in your greeting. Then ask nicely if you could have a application for a pardon on the behalf of Carmen Granata. After that you try and end the phone call on a poistive note and say something nice about either the aid or the Governor. This way the aid is impressed with the type of people that are sticking up for Carmen.

Example:
You: Hello My name is (Fill in Blank), who am I speaking to?
Office Worker: Janice.
You: Hello Janice, May I speak to the Governor please?
Office Worker: The Governor isn't available, would you like to leave a message with one of her Aids?
You: Yes, Please.
Aid: Governor Granholm's office.
You: Hi my name is (Fill in Blank), who am I speaking to?
Aid: Alex.
You: Hi Alex, I'm calling on the behalf of Carmen Granata of Eastpointe, Michigan to request a application for Pardon form.
After that they will ask for your address and name; after that remember to end the phone call on a high note.
Example:
You: Have a nice day Alex and tell the Governor I wish her good luck.
Aid: Thank You.

It's that simple, all you need to do is call the governors office and do it. Once again here's the governor's information:

Governor Jennifer M. Granholm

Good luck, Godspeed and Sic Semper Tyrannis.

Pardon Carmen Granata

On November 5th 2006 after returning from a rock concert, and after holding a barbeque earlier in the day; some friends of Carmen Granata decided to stay the night in her home instead of driving back to their places tired and dangerous behind the wheel. One of Carmen Granata's friends went out on her front porch at 4:00 in the morning to use her cell phone so she wouldn't wake up people inside the house. The police shortly arrived and gave Carmen Granata a misdemeanor citation for violation of the city noise ordinance and was told to show up for court on November 21st at 8am. The prosecuting attorney told her if she pleaded guilty before entering the courtroom she would just be given a minimal fine because this was her first offense and she had no prior convictions, so she pleaded guilty before entering the courtroom. Judge Norene S. Redmond, not allowing Carmen to defend herself because she had already plead guilty before entering the courtroom, heard mostly unproven complaints from some of her neighbors that she was "Nuisance" to the neighborhood and presented a petition stateing so, while ignoring written statements from her surrounding neighbors stateing that she wasn't a nuisance and was a fine neighbor. Carmen quite emphaticly denied the allegations from some of her neighbors, but Judge Redmond refused to listen to Carmen (despite the fact one of the singee's was in jail that night for throwing a beer bottle at Carmen's house while her Barbeque was in progress) and sentenced her to 30 days in jail with two years of highly restrictive probation that includes her not being allowed to have guest stay over at her house and she cannot host a party unless she gets written permission from her neighbors. Any violation of Carmen's probation or other conviction during those two years is automaticly punished with 60 days in jail.

That sentence is stiffer then one's given to felony convictions, completly disgusting when considering it was handed down to someone with a first time offense for a NOISE VIOLATION!! Her attorney Michael Kavanaugh is appealing her sentence, but there's no telling how that will go.I say we take a more progressive action and ask the governor Jennifer Granholm to issue a pardon to Carmen so this nasty episode of injustice in her life will be wiped away from her record. Although I am a resident of Ohio not Michigan, I am an American before all other things and a gross act of tyranny must be dealt with immediatly. So I ask all of us to put aside our differences whether they be Michigan/Ohio State, Red State/Blue State, Liberal/Conservative, Republican/Democrat and pick up a telephone and ask (Politely) that Jennifer Granholm would please issue a pardon to Carmen Granata, forever wiping away the great injustice that was done to her by a tyrannt Judge that doesn't practice American Justice but serves at the request of lynch mobs. The Governor's information is below and when you're calling remember to request a pardon application form as well:
